The V.I.P. Business to Business Coaching Call is just the beginning of a greater monthly plan that provides ongoing support and guidance to business owners. After the initial session, participants will enter into a more hands-on phase of the program where coach Monique and her team will customize the program according to your needs. Whether it be document creation, help implementing a new system, or assistance in the areas of marketing, HR, and small to medium size project management. The ongoing support will ensure that business owners like yourself can continuously improve and reach their goals. Coach Monique will be available for regular check-ins and will provide additional resources and guidance in the follow-up call. This hands-on comprehensive approach to business coaching provides participants with the tools and support they need to succeed and grow their business. When you decide to move forward... The process of the V.I.P Business to Business Coaching Program is as follows: Initial Session: The 4-hour V.I.P. Business-to-Business Coaching Session. During this session, Coach Monique will work with you, the business owner, to map out your current and future goals and create a comprehensive action plan. Ongoing Support: After the initial session, the business owner will enter into a more hands-on phase of the program. Two follow-up Check-Ins: You will have access to two regular check-ins with the business owner or manager to monitor progress and provide additional resources and guidance as needed. Implementation: The business owner will use the action plan created during the initial session and the ongoing support provided by the coach to implement new systems and strategies in their business. Evaluation: The program will conclude with a final evaluation to assess the progress made by the business owner and determine if any additional support is needed. This one-of-a-kind approach to business coaching provides participants with the extra help that is needed to run an effective business.
